Warranty/Return Policy

Warranty Policy: Limited Warranty

Big League Battery products are warranted against defect in material and workmanship for a period of ONE year from date of manufacture. Within the warranty period only, any defective product shall be replaced, repaired or credited at Big League Battery’s discretion. This Limited Warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse, tampering or unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents or normal wear and tear. Any credit will be issued at the prices in effect at the time the item was received. Please call customer service to request an RMA Form and Number or complete the form listed below. ALL CARTONS MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE BOX. UNMARKED BOXES WILL BE REFUSED AT OUR DOCK.

Return Policy

Return of any product shall be made only pursuant to an authorized Big League Battery Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). All product returned under an authorized RMA # that are in new condition to be determined solely be Big League Battery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Material, inventory and work in process for custom assemblies is non cancelable and not returnable. • All other trademarks and copyrights are property of outside owners. Big League Battery is not associated with these companies.

Changes to Orders

Quantity pricing shall only be available when minimum quantity requirements are met and any blanket
order quantity is consumed within one year of the date of the order. Push-out requests require a minimum of
30 days written notice, will be reviewed based on current material and scheduling availability, and may or may
not be granted, at the discretion of Big League Battery.

Freight and Risk of Loss

Any claim for shortage or material variance must be made in writing within 15 days of receipt of order.

Pricing

Big League Battery reserves the right to update based on current market trends.

Payment Terms and Credit

All orders are COD unless an open account extending credit terms has been established, after review of a
completed credit application. Submission of a credit application constitutes acceptance of all terms and
conditions contained herein. All new customers seeking open terms will need to submit bank and trade
references in order to qualify for terms. Please provide a completed credit application. Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, & Discover) are accepted.

Miscellaneous

In the event it becomes necessary to institute legal proceedings to enforce any of the terms and
conditions contained herein, any such proceeding(s) shall be brought solely in the United States District
Court and Illinois law shall apply. In the event that Big League Battery shall incur any costs, including but not
limited to attorney’s fees, with respect to the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions contained
herein and/or any matters related to the sale of its products, including but not limited to the collection of
any amounts owed from the sales of its products, then customer shall be responsible for any and all costs
incurred, including but not limited to, attorneys’ fees.
