How do I check product availability?
If an item on the Big League Battery website says QUOTE, please contact Big League Customer Support to determine if the item is currently in stock. In stock items will ship immediately. Out of stock items will be backordered and ship within 24 hours once material is received at our dock.
How do I know my online order has been submitted?
We want you to be rest assured that your order went through safe and sound!
There are several ways to receive confirmation once your order has been submitted:
- After you complete your online order on the checkout page, you will see an Order Confirmation page with an order number.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, it is a possibility. When an order is placed, our warehouse receives immediate notification to pick and pack all products for shipment. If your order has already shipped, and you wish to still cancel, we will not be able to refund your money on the shipping costs to you. Can I make changes to my order?

What happens if my item is out of stock?

How do I return an order? Will I be charged a restocking fee?
Returns made within 30 days from invoice are eligible for exchange, refund, or credit at Big League Battery. Products will be returned or credited at Big League Battery’s discretion. All non-defective products returned for refund are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Credit will be issued at the prices in effect at the time the item was received. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Big League Battery.
Why are re-stocking fees applied when I return an item or order?
